SenzsiAfrica provides products made to order and fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment partner, Printify. By placing an order with SenzsiAfrica, you acknowledge that products may be produced and shipped by Printify or its associated fulfillment facilities on our behalf.

Product & Order Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, prices, and other information displayed on our store are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in manufacturing processes, materials, screen displays, or product availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery estimates provided by SenzsiAfrica are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, strikes, or other logistical issues.

Customs & International Orders

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information when placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

Our products are generally made to order. However, nothing in this Legal Notice or our Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact SenzsiAfrica promptly with your order number and supporting photographs or other relevant information. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the relevant fulfillment provider's policies.

Third-Party Fulfillment

SenzsiAfrica uses Printify as a third-party fulfillment provider. While we work with Printify to process and fulfill orders, SenzsiAfrica remains committed to assisting customers with eligible order, shipping, product, and refund issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SenzsiAfrica will not be responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in this notice limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any applicable statutory consumer rights.

Changes to This Notice

SenzsiAfrica reserves the right to update this Legal Notice from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will generally apply to that order, subject to any mandatory rights or obligations under applicable law.
