At SenzsiAfrica, we partner with Printify to fulfill and ship our products. Each item is made to order, so processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days before being shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after an order has been shipped are:
- Africa: 6–16 business days
- International: 12–31 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, where available. You can use this tracking information to monitor your package during transit.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact SenzsiAfrica as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with Printify to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with their policies.
